MEET OUR TEAM
Physio, movement optimist
JC is the kind of physio who meets you exactly where you are—then helps you get where you want to be. With a calm, thoughtful approach and a background in vestibular therapy, orthopedic rehab, and sports rehabilitation, he’s all about helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their everyday lives.
JC loves taking the time to understand what matters most to each client, combining hands-on care with education, movement, and a little humor along the way. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury or working toward a long-term goal, you can count on him to be fully in your corner.
Outside the clinic, he’s usually training for his next long run, out on his snowboard on a good winter day, or (most likely) geeking out on the latest running shoes.
