Is parking available?

Yes! Parking is available at the back of our building for all Betterform Physiotherapy clients.
If the parking lot is full, you can also park on the side of the street in the nearby residential area, where street parking is permitted by city regulations.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, Betterform Physiotherapy is by appointment only. We do not currently accept walk-ins to ensure that each client receives dedicated one-on-one care with minimal wait times.
You can easily book your physiotherapy, pelvic health, or massage therapy appointment online or by contacting our clinic directly.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

To help us provide the best care at your first appointment, please bring:
 • Your health card (if applicable) and valid photo ID
 • Any relevant medical documents such as referral forms, imaging reports (X-rays, MRIs), or previous assessment notes
 • A list of current medications and any medical conditions
 • Comfortable clothing
 • Your insurance information if you plan to use extended health benefits
Arriving a few minutes early will also give you time to complete any necessary paperwork.
